Returns/Exchanges
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 7 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the item then it will no longer qualify for a return/exchange.
Jewelry can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY (no refunds will be given)
T-Shirts and Sweatshirts are final sale
Jewelry must be NEW, UNWORN, and on the original cards. Returns/exchanges on jewelry must be within 7 days of being delivered to you.
Returns will NOT be accepted for earrings that are damaged due to wear and tear (tears, scuffs, softening of the leather, makeup, etc.)
Earrings, bracelets and necklaces can break. We do not offer a lifetime guarantee for our jewelry. If an item breaks and we can repair it, we are happy to do so, but we cannot offer a lifetime guarantee.
We will not cover shipping fees for returns/exchanges.
Gift Cards issued fore returns will not include the original shipping fees as the shipping service was already provided.
Color(s) of items depicted online may differ in person than when viewed on computer screens, smart phones, tablets or other device.

We offer Flat Rate shipping on all U.S. orders.
All shipments will take approximately 5-7 business days for processing and creation time. Remember, our earrings are handmade!
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
We also offer free pickup for local customers.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re¬shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
Any packages returned to us as undelivered will be re-shipped at customer expense.
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.
We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
